We are hiring : Project Manager - Lead for our Operations.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and qualified professional who will:
Design, implement, and oversee a diverse range of protective services projects across 60+ countries.
Manage an operations budget exceeding ZAR 100,000,000.00.
Thrive as an independent worker, aligning their efforts with the company's vision, objectives, and customer expectations.
Maintain meticulous records and statistics to identify opportunities.
Skilfully engage in diverse cultural, ethnic, and international environments.
Provide transparent feedback to Directors/Board members as a valued member of the operations management team.

Preferred skills and attributes:
10+ years of progressive experience in the protective services industry, in a leadership or managerial capacity.
Accredited Close Protection qualification.
Management degree.
Exceptional project management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft platforms and Xero for efficient administrative tasks.
Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Financial background/experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously across various regions.
Additional languages preferred, such as Spanish, French, German, or Italian.
Familiarity with iCoCa and ISO 9001/18788.
Driven and ambitious, wholeheartedly committed to achieving business goals and customer satisfaction.
Complete dedication and commitment to the industry.
Experience: 10 years of experience in protective services
