SHOUT-IT-NOW uses innovative social behaviour change approaches to effectively engage youth and create demand for our health and well-being services. We offer a range of health services, currently focused on sexual and reproductive health, via a variety of convenient channels, primarily mobile vans. We also aim to connect youth via referrals and linkages to a range of other health and well-being services, including behavioural and livelihoods programs that are offered through partners. Custom technology enables SHOUT-IT-NOW to effectively use real-time data to generate insights and inform our program design—our youth engagement, communications and service delivery strategies—and to give youth easy access to programs offered by our ecosystem partners.

Shout It Now is seeking an **VMMC Project Manager, **based at our Regional Office in Centurion. Reporting to the Chief Program Officer.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Post-graduate qualification in Public Health, Social Sciences or related medical field,
- Project Management certificate/ qualification as an added advantage.
- At least five (5) years’ experience implementing PEPFAR and/or the DoH HIV/SRH related Programs
- At least 4 years’ experience in a management or senior role within comprehensive
- VMMC Programs
- Solid understanding of the VMMC program holistically
- Ability to analyze and interpret VMMC program data indicators to inform program planning and implementation
- Experience working with adolescent boys and men, VMMC demand creation and HIV and/or sexual reproductive health is desirable
- Demonstrated experience working on donor funded programs and familiarity with other international donors such as USAID, CDC, and the Global Fund

**VMMC Project Manager**:
To coordinate and support VMMC program planning, implementation and monitoring in the national office as well as across districts as directed by Chief Programs Officer.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contribute towards the conceptualization and development of programme strategy
- Use data to identify programme gaps and assist in the development of new innovated solutions
- Support District VMMC Team leaders in implementation of signed work plans
- Work in collaboration with SBC Lead on VMMC demand creation innovations
- Monitor implementation of all planned activities.
- Collate reports from districts and set up review dates with relevant stakeholders in the national office.
- Write operational protocols for VMMC project where necessary and manage communication, filing and access to operational protocols
- Engage with multi-disciplinary teams, including partners, particularly CHAPS, and key stakeholders at a senior level both strategically and operationally
- Meet with various departments and inter-departmental teams in order to effectively communicate VMMC program goals, timelines and deliverables, as well as to gather input and buy in when developing project plans
- Communication with providers, government partners, community organisations, youth, and family populations
- People leadership, especially multi-disciplinary teams
- Budget management

**Qualifications and skills required**:

- Post-graduate qualification in Public Health, Social Sciences or related medical field.
- Project Management certificate/ qualification as an added advantage.

- Exposure to Public Health and corporate governance
- Experience working with adolescent boys and men, VMMC demand creation and HIV and/or sexual reproductive health is desirable
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- A strong focus on customer service and experience
- Demonstrated experience working on donor funded programs and familiarity with other international donors such as USAID, CDC, and the Global Fund
- Strong communication skills. Communication with providers, government partners, community organisations, youth, and family populations is required
