Bookkeeper and Office Administrator

**We're looking for**
A hardworking bookkeeper with strong financial and computer skills. You are able to work independently and feel comfortable on different systems and must love numbers. You also feel comfortable assisting the team with general office administration.

- You have good knowledge of general administrative processes
**What's the role?**
**You will be responsible for**:
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Top-up Registered messages
- Invoice new orders
- ABSA 127 invoices
- First-level support queries
- Expenses recon
- Invoice new orders
- Top up Registered messages from POPs
- First-level support queries
- Generate operational reports for finance
- Billing on 1st or first working day of month
- Generate invoices and reports
- Statements and debtor follow ups on around 15th month
- Supplier invoices on Hubdoc
- Reconcile supplier and customer accounts, for example CAB recons and ABSA recons
**Boxes to tick**
- Matric
- 3+ Years experience in the relevant field
- Bachelor's degree in the relevant field
- Must be proficient in Excel
- Xero Experience
- Hubdoc experience (advantageous)
