**Position Summary**:
**Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience (X years) in office management, personal assistance, and bookkeeping roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and the MS Office Suite.

- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and handle various responsibilities.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Managing equipment in and out of the warehouse with an established software system.
- Managing the books, including all invoices in and out, managing debtors, creditors, and ledgers, and communicating with the company accountant to ensure all submissions for tax purposes are accurate and timely.
- Ordering stock and managing customer and supplier relations.
