JOB ROLE

To passionately assist customers with financial challenges. Uncovering individual needs, offering tailoered solutions and guiding clients towards financial freedom.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum Matric qualification with Maths Literacy is mandatory.

Relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage.

Minimum 2 years experience in Debt Review credit collections/ banking envirinment.

Worked with targets and deadlines.

Analyse accounts and devise a collections strategy to resolve each case by collecting money due.

Good knowledge on the DCA and NCA.

**Purpose**:
To engage with customers telephonically:

- Verifying budgets and debt commitments and agreeing an interim debt repayment plan
- Working with various systems to ensure that a interim plan is submitted correctly for further processing.
- Provide financial assessment incorporating income and expenses.
- To inform customers of our solution and its benefits
- Walk-through sign-up process with clients and embed the company promise of “here to assist you”
- Solidifying commitment from customers when signing up
- Creating customer retention and increase commitment rates
