**Package**

R11 000 per month

**Requirements**:

- **MUST** have a debt counselling certificate.
- Obtaining client permission for debt review.
- Be able to do proposals - know the terms and the rules around proposals.
- Assessing the extent of client’s debt burden by verifying budgets and debt commitments and agree to an interim debt repayment plan.
- Explain the fees (associated with debt counselling) the customer will be responsible for in detail.
- Ensuring that clients’ stick to their debt payment terms
- Previous debt review experience would be advantageous.
- Possibility of earning commission.
- Good knowledge of all the relevant acts including the National Credit Act and Consumer Protection Act
- Explain the debt repayment plan to customers and how the collection process works.
- Must be able to give an in-depth explanation of all aspects of the debt review.

**Salary**: Up to R11,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Randburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
