The purpose of this role is to provide strategic recommendations and manage all resources to ensure the Client’s marketing needs are met. They are viewed as a trusted advisor to client, understands and articulates client business insights and leverages to contribute ways to move business forward, lead and monitor the day-to-day activities; proactively identify new business building insights and opportunities, manage, motivate, and develop their team; work with other departments to develop and execute strategies that will build the Client’s business.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the Business - delivers the service proposition to clients and full end to end management of the business on individual clients-
- Relationship Management - owns the client relationships as per the defined relationship-
- strategy for the client-
- Proactively Identifies Client Development Opportunities - flags specific client cross sell and-
- upsell opportunities.-
- Commercial and service ownership of client relationship - drives seamless delivery and-
- profitability of account-
- Team Management - manages and motivates team around the clients’ objectives and culture-
- Supports Client Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs-
- Works collaboratively across Dentsu and across network as needed - uses good knowledge of-
- products and services to drive business value for clients and Dentsu-
- Project manages clients’ communications plans including timelines and budget-
- Reviews plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better and different ways of working.-
- Effectively lead and motivate internal team to produce best in class work-
- Provides accurate plan details and updates to clients- Requirements:- Great admin skills-
- Detailed financial acumen.-
- Knowledge of Dentsu as one cohesive agency (of can be taught)-
- Knowledge of Dentsu tools for cross sell and upsell opportunities (or can be taught)-
- Senior Full-service agency experience-
- Critical knowledge of media, data, creative, content-
- Ability to lead discussions on data, creative and content at a top line level as well as media.-
- Ability to brief and lead cohesive team deliverables.-
- Ability to take ownership of multi Dentsu agency deliverables.-
- Ability to lead a vast team in a singular direction.**Location**:
