**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Reception & Front Desk Management**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Provide information about the hotel's services, amenities, and local attractions.
- **Guest Services**:

- Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Manage daily front desk operations and handling card payments.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to guest stays and transactions.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring schedules for front desk staff.
- **Management Support**:

- Assist the General Manager in daily operations and decision-making processes.
- Oversee staff during shifts, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
- Help with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
- Participate in staff training and development programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience of 3 - 4 years in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software, with RoomRaccoon being advantageous, and MS Office Suite,
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and guest satisfaction.
