We are in the educational/training field and work a lot with schools. The role of the Promotions Administrator is to perform promotional actions of the company daily that will result in leads for sales department on weekly basis.

Such actions include but are not limited to:

- creating and updating customer data base
- sending out Mailchimp mailers to company’s costumers and prospects
- placing and running advertisements on social media
- writing articles for blogs and press releases and other promotional channels
- contacting our customers and prospects with the surveys and running survey campaigns online
- setting up, promoting promotional webinars and getting potential customers to attend
- running social media
- designing mailers and different ads using Canva app

**Your main target will be to generate leads for Sales** through the above mentioned promotional activities on the daily and weekly basis.

You have to be **performance driven** and have a **high work ethics** and being able to **work under pressure** when set targets must be achieved. You need to be a **team player** and being able to work with other team members well.

**There is a performance bonus structure set up for you and is based on you achieving the target of marketing leads set for you by your senior. So your basic salary is not a limit.**

You will be using different apps such as Mailchimp, Canva, FB, Survey Monkey, etc. and should have experience in using such apps.

**Qualifications for this position**:

- Matrix graduate
- Excellent basic computer skills (you will be working on the computer a lot)
- Excellent English (you will need to be able to write articles)
- Good communication skills
- Experience in creating designs with Canva or other similar apps
- Experience in using Mailchimp or other similar apps
- Experience in online marketing through advertisement and social media
- Experience in online marketing and promotion

The work hours are from 8 am to 4.30 pm - Monday to Friday at our office in Johannesburg North.

It is not a remote position or work from home.
