**Main purpose / objective of position**:
To ensure satisfactory delivery of services against contractual terms and conditions, meeting and exceeding client expectations and ensuring the contractual commitments of CBRE are achieved. To ensure all maintenance work is called out in accordance with client and company policies and procedures and within health and safety legislative requirements.

**Education**:

- Minimum of Grade 12
- Recognised technical qualification.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Exhibit an awareness of relevant safety legislation and policies at all times.
- Managing Planned Preventative Maintenance Regimes.
- C&G 17th IEE Edition Certificate.
- Installation and fault finding of electrical services.
- Knowledge of BMS systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems.
- High Voltage experience
- Experience of managing the critical M&E facilities within a data center.

**Desirable Education**:

- Knowledge of COSHH, Risk Assessment and Water Treatment.
- Strong process knowledge
- Degree level qualification

**Key Objectives**:

- Ensure client satisfaction levels are at a constantly high level, leading to development of the contract to increase the portfolio/contract responsibilities.
- Ensure contractual P&L levels are obtained and superseded and an in-depth knowledge of the contract is maintained and demonstrated on the internal monthly contractual review meetings with the Area Manager and Regional Finance Manager.
- Ensure contractually agreed KPI’s / SLA’s are met.
- Produce monthly reports detailing contractual performance, identifying variations to budgets and measures to deploy to bridge any gap.
- Attend strategic contractual/operational meetings with the client on a weekly basis, or as required.
- Ensure successful completion of all reactive and PPM works orders to ensure timely completion and close out, meeting KPI’s and SLA’s as necessary.
- Ensure necessary Health and Safety compliance is achieved across the contract in line with CBRE & Client policy documents, and that all statutory and company reporting procedures are met.
- Ensure Subcontractor performance reviews are undertaken and that approved subcontractors are utilised on site.
- Ensure training plans are developed and met for the contract team.
- Ensuring extra works are identified, quoted and executed in a timely manner and that required account P&L levels are met.
- Ensure company operated systems are deployed and maintained on site.
- Manage the contract technical team and be responsible for attrition rates, recruitment, annual appraisals.
- Provide leadership and management to the contract team as necessary.
- Ability to present contractual and financial information to the client and internal colleagues via a boardroom presentation format.
