**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**

The Telesales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving sales for our company by effectively closing deals over the phone and fostering strong customer relationships.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Employ a relationship-based approach to boost sales and secure orders from both existing and potential customers.
- Showcase products to customers, guiding them in selecting the most suitable options tailored to their needs.
- Build and nurture business relationships within the assigned Representative Area to generate new business for Company products.
- Provide management with comprehensive oral and written reports on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and potential opportunities for new products and services.
- Stay abreast of new products, market conditions, advertising, and promotional trends by actively engaging with relevant literature and collaborating with the marketing department.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Grade 12
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience of a minimum of 3 years in Sales roles, preferably within the FMCG or related industry.
- Valid License

**COMPETENCIES REQUIRED**
- Building and maintaining relationships in support and living out the company culture.
