**Purpose of the Job**:

- To manage the administration functions and processes at the depot/ terminal while ensuring safe, efficient and effective reconciliation relevant processes as well as provide excellent service to customers by meeting SLA's and complying with all HSEQ requirements, policies and procedures and audit requirements in support of Engen's logistics objectives and optimisation of profit opportunities

**What you’ll have done before**:

- NQF Level 5 (Higher Certificate in Administration/Business Management).
- 2 years general depot operations administration experience;
- 1-year supervisory experience;
- Working knowledge of relevant SAP system;
- Knowledge of depot environment.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment;
- Must be noise tolerant.

**What you’ll be doing**:
**Depot Administration Control**
- effective management of time sheets
- Provide support on all procurement processes and adherence to relevant policies and procedure

**Stock Loss Reporting& Review**
- Track monthly cost centre spend to ensure proper management of the departmental budget
- Generate monthly cost control report and report on monthly variances.
- Manage accurate SAP reports and distribute to relevant stakeholders

**HSEQ Compliance**
- Adhere to all HSEQ policies and processes and audit requirements

**Asset Management**
- Ensure that the assets are accurately counted, and the assets register is updated

**Customer Relations Management**
- Ensure effective communication with all Stakeholders
- Build and maintain sound business relationships with other oil companies and key stakeholders
