This pivotal role demands both deep project and team management expertise coupled with a fintech and platform-thinking mindset. You will be responsible for crafting and implementing initiatives that streamline workflows, enhance team capabilities, and ultimately fuel the program's success, while ensuring seamless integration within the fintech and platform ecosystem.**What will you do?**

- Qualifications and Experience- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field, with a preference for experience in the fintech or platform space.
- Minimum 7-10 years of proven experience in leading and managing complex projects, preferably within the fintech or platform environment.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and waterfall approaches to project management.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and driving results.
- Deep knowledge of the fintech and platform landscape, including data security, regulatory compliance, and integration challenges.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a passion for continuous improvement.
