Provide expertise and professional level of support to site leadership team to effectively implement and sustain international Environmental Health & Safety Management System (ISO14001, OHSAS18001) and Corporate HSE Standards rollout in the global standard health care manufacturing site. Drive sustainable safety culture at all levels of site employees, visitors and contractors through BSO (Behavioural Safety Observation) Program. Participating risk assessment and collaborative working with engineering, operation and other functions to support project/initiative review to ensure effective change management preventing HSE related issue. Implement, sustain and improve HSE strategic plan and systems as directive from HSE Manager. Contribute to the HSE strategy to ensure alignment with Reckitt’s vision, mission and objectives. Partner with continuous improvement, projects, production, engineering, planning, quality, finance and HR to deliver strategic plan. HSE Issue Management; provide expertise and professional consulting to site leadership team to properly manage HSE issue and mínimal impact to business e.g. Incident/Accident Investigation, Legal Compliance Issue.

**Professional Experience/Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree (4 Yr.) required - Major: Health/Safety/Environmental Science/Engineering; or other related qualifications with SAMTRAC/NEBOSH
- A recognized post graduate project management qualification would be advantageous
- 3 - 5 Years Previous Experience Strongly Preferred
- Advanced knowledge of OHS and environmental government legislature and codes required
- Ability to understand ISO certification requirements and programs that achieve and maintain certification required
