- Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience- The ability to understand national, and international systems is essential.
- Must have served as an NRF designated authority or finance administrator.
- Key Performance Areas / Principal Accountabilities- Store data in SharePoint and other filing systems.
- Maintain office administration records and track grants.
- Marketing information about funding opportunities to the research community.
- Managing a database and mailing distribution lists.
- Communicating with the community, and
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Competencies- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to build partnerships.
- Output driven, meeting deadlines, and attention to detail.
- Record keeping skills or data administration skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Time management.
- Multitasking capabilities.
- Applied Knowledge of Ms Office Packages.
