Role Summary
- The AML administrator role will provide administrative assistance to the AML team to support to a wide range of existing fund clients
**.**

Key Responsibilities
- Review, analysis and requesting of AML documentation;
- Review documentation received against procedures and complete AML checklists for second approval;
- Conduct Screening on all clients and review to identify True hits;
- Review any investors which are/or have positive matches to sanctions lists and escalate through the appropriate channels;
- Organisation of all investor AML documents, recording to AML system and proper file maintenance as established in AML procedures including creating and updating physical and soft copy investor files;
- Manage workload and ensure all corporate and client deliverables are met;
- Ensure a professional relationship is maintained with clients and investors at all times;
- Completion of timely and on-going follow up for outstanding AML documentation;
- Monthly client reporting of outstanding AML documentation and ensure the accurate and timely delivery to clients;
- Actively collaborating with colleagues;
- Ad hoc tasks / Project work as required;
- Any other duties in the scope of the role that the company requires.
- Skills / Experience- 2 + years AML experience;-
- 2 + years experience in the Financial Services Industry in particular the investment fund industry and its regulatory framework;-
- Knowledge of compliance and regulation within the Financial Services Industry;-
- Motivated and driven;-
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;-
- Strong organizational and administrative skills;-
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and manage time to maximize efficiency and to meet strict deadlines.
