**Responsibilities**:
1. Meeting Management:

- Schedule and organise meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and take accurate notes.

2. Communication:

- Act as a liaison between Top Management and other staff members.

3. Travel Arrangements:

- Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Ensure all travel plans align with the preferences of Top Management.

4. Driving:

- Possess a valid driver's license and be willing to drive for both work and personal tasks.
- Responsible for transportation needs, such as collecting children from school.

5. Childcare:

- Assist in childcare duties, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children.
- Be comfortable and adept at interacting with children in a positive and caring manner.

6. Administrative Support:

- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, organising, and managing paperwork.
- Help in maintaining an organised and efficient work environment.

7. Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

8. Preferred Qualities:

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good computer skills
- Non-Smoker
- Good communicator

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R8 321,31 - R28 044,62 per month
