**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Executive Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the directors, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and correspondence management.

**Risk Management**: Utilize risk management skills and experience to identify potential risks, assess their impact, and develop strategies to mitigate them.

**Cross-Department Collaboration**: Collaborate with the finance, sales, and marketing teams to ensure smooth communication, coordination, and workflow between departments.

**Task Delegation**: Assist the directors in delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members, ensuring efficient task completion.

**Client Management**: Work closely with the director to manage relationships with significant clients, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

**Project Support**: Assist in coordinating and managing various projects across departments, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated appropriately.

**Meeting Support**: Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure progress and accountability.

**Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

**Communication**: Serve as a liaison between the directors and other team members, facilitating effective communication and ensuring important messages are relayed promptly.

**Problem-Solving**: Assist in resolving operational issues and challenges that may arise within the company.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Resides in the Midrand or neighbouring areas
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (required)
- At least 5 years previous experience in an executive or personal assistant role is preferred.
- Strong risk management skills and experience in identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Highly adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with different teams and clients.
- Proactive and resourceful, with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Confidence and professionalism to step in and manage significant clients in the director’s absence.
- Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and scheduling tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Midrand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
