**Job Purpose**
- To ensure all logistics related to administration and reporting support is provided to various teams within the business particularly client solutions, distribution, operations and client experience.**Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring good, timeous communications to stakeholders around new developments, enhancements and updates that impact other areas of the business.
- Ensuring strong and efficient support to the various divisions with Nedbank Insurance.
- Ensuring deadlines are met for deliverables.
- Ensure that team deliverables are tracked effectively and that the relevant communications are sent timeously.
- Building and managing relationships with various divisions, channels and stakeholders.
- Working closely with Portfolio Managers, Actuarial Analysts and Product Specialists to ensure deadlines are met and that projects are managed effectively.
- Ensure all project data; tracking and feedback is updated on central database by capturing information received.
- Collect and collate feedback by requesting status updates from external/internal stakeholders.
- Address ad hoc requests by attending and assisting the project team to deliver on team deliverables.
- Ensure accurate documents by performing quality checks to agreed standards.
- Keep abreast of legislation and other industry changes that impacts on role by reading the relevant newsletters; websites and attending sessions.
- Understand and embrace the Nedbank Vision and Values by demonstrating the values through interaction with team and stakeholders.
- Ensure that own contribution and participation contributes to the achievement of team goals.
**People Specification**
- Essential Qualifications - NQF Level- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Preferred Qualification- Higher Certificate in Short Term Insurance / Higher Certificate in Financial Products or any other insurance related qualification.- Minimum Experience Level- 3 years experience in insurance (life, non-life or both).
- Good insurance product knowledge.
- Good operational insurance experience (minimum of 3 years).**Technical / Professional Knowledge**
