**JET HOME is looking for someone with intuition, a heart led trend spotter who loves the thrill of researching, analysing data and lifestyle trends to deliver seasonal trend across têxtiles, décor, fragrance, sleep, bath, dining and kitchen.**

**This role forms an integral part of the merchandise team and works very closely with all creative functions across the business.**

Job requirements:

- Collate, conceptualize and present seasonal trend, colour, materials and global marketing themes in a creative and inspiring way
- Act as primary liaison between merchandising, marketing and e-comm
- Seasonal conception of trends
- Collect images to represent and illustrate current and future trends as related to that division, brand aligned using a strong sophisticated design flare to put together presentations and mood boards
- Categorize concept image folders to ensure timely data input and output
- React with business initiatives involving product, design, merchandising, packaging (design and function) and process
- Drive packaging design and function in line with global or local trends, in collaboration with marketing regarding maintaining CI
- Manage concept organization and up-hold each season’s presentation set up
- Keep up-to date information of customer identity and interests relating to product, social and cultural influences globally aligned
- Continuously update buyers with fluctuating trend and concept information within the marketplace
- Buy and develop samples to pull together creative inspiration
- Drive in-house styling and merchant vision for photo shoots and VM concepts
- Communicate the must have items and key looks of the season
- Help to communicate and inspire speed to market
- Hold seasonal meetings and share inspiration with photo studio, marketing and VM of the merchant vision with regards to styling, upcoming trends and special shoots
- Attend floor meetings to support ideas around trend, new developments and in-store story telling
- 5-7 years experience in a similar trend and design environment
- Relevant qualification in Graphic design, Interior/fashion design, and Textile design
- Proven success identifying accurate global trend
