About our Team

About the Role
As a Field Account Manager, your job is to build and maintain relationships with customers. Your goal is to ensure their satisfaction and progress with our product/service. To achieve this, you will liaise with customers and our teams, resolving issues and addressing feedback.
**Responsibilities**:
- Gathering and sharing customer feedback with the product and development teams to drive product improvements
- Building lasting relationships with clients through consistent communication and check-ins.
- Providing excellent customer support and addressing any issues that arise
- Developing and implementing customer success plans tailored to each client's unique needs
- Tracking and analyzing customer usage data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
- Conducting regular training sessions to educate clients on new product features and updates
- Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services
**Requirements**:
- Be willing to travel occasionally for client meetings or conferences.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a rapidly moving environment.
- Have a dedicated customer service orientation and a fervor for assisting others.
- Be able to think strategically and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Have experience with customer relationship management software and tools
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Be skilled at interacting positively with customers, especially in the SaaS or tech industry.
