**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Completed Diploma or BCom Degree
- QuickBooks
- SAP
- Strong Microsoft Office experience
- Strong administrative experience (non-negotiable)
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in a Bookkeeping function
**Performance Areas (Responsibilities)**:
- Bank statements reconciliations
- Debtors and Creditors
- Invoicing and purchase orders
- Financial reports and statements
- Manage any business related administrative tasks for the CEO and FM
- Meet deadlines timeously
