**About The Opportunity**
Our Africa team, based at our Bryanston office in Johannesburg, are currently searching for a Key Account Manager to join them. In this this role you will maintain existing client relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction, renewals, and upsells.
Reporting to the Regional Manager (Africa, Middle East & Europe), your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing strategies to maintain and grow customer accounts.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders to maintain communication, engage customers, and facilitate growth.
- Identifying potential account challenges and addressing them early.
- Sharing customer feedback with the Regional Manager, as well as assessing opportunities to enhance licensing structures.
- Working with the Sales team to assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Participating in marketing events such as trade shows and product launches.

**About You**
You will have a proven background within business development, including B2B sales exposure, and expertise in accounts management.
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

- The ability to create effective account management and growth plans.
- Experience within either the Mining or software / SaaS industries.
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Whilst not essential, the ability to speak either French or Portuguese would be useful.
