**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Distribute incoming leads as required to achieve the best possible ROI
- Manage and allocate all appointments
- Manage and organise country sales trips for the Product Specialists
- Confirm appointments that require confirmation as per the companies’ requirements
- Managing, monitoring and reporting on leads, appointments, cancellations and customer database
- Liaise with field product specialists and their managers
- Liaising with Sales managers and Call Centre Manager
