**Introduction**

An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Finance Department. This role focuses on assisting in marketing and selling the full range of the Company's casino and gaming products and services by quoting, following up with Customers, preparing the relevant paperwork and providing an extensive support system to the Business Development Manager.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Engage in professional first-line communication with the Company's customers, ensuring their enquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and courteously
- Provide quotations, product info and any other business-related information to our customers that they may require
- Proactively build good working relationships with new and old customers
- Follow up on quotes
- See the sale through in terms of documentation and liaison with the customer and Business Development Manager from the order of the product to dispatch thereof
- To assist with operations function
- Adhoc duties as requested by Management

- Well spoken
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Creative eye
- Ability to listen to and understand the customer’s needs and offer professional advice on the complete product range
- Develop effective working relationships with colleagues, business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors
- Organised and able to meet tight deadlines
- Flexible, able to prioritise effectively and manage many projects simultaneously
- Ability to deal with financial information and good numeracy skills are essential
- Ability to learn new skills and products quickly and efficiently
- Good written and verbal communication skills

**Experience**
- Matric
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
- At least 2 years’ experience in an administration position

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to R18 000,00 per month
