Purpose of the Job: The Administrative Secretary provides high-level clerical support to an executive, director, or department head-level employee, performing various secretarial duties and skilled tasks, including preparing reports

Minimum requirements:

- Detail-oriented and professional
- Exceptional communication skills
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Good understanding of office equipment
- Good knowledge of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable in various situations and when interacting with many different personalities
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of, or ability to quickly acquire, familiarity with the roles and function of the assigned department
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 OR 07:00 - 16:00

Duties will include but is not limited to:

- Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports, including project reports, weekly reports, monthly reports etc
- Perform quality assurance on all reports
- Provides high-level administrative support to an assigned executive or director level employee
- Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments
- Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings, conferences, and other assigned events; takes and distributes minutes or additional notes as requested
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
- Performs other general clerical and secretarial duties as requested
