Provide administrative support to the research programmes.
- Manage daily logistics in the offices of the Research Team Managers.
- Render effective secretarial services.
- Manage and direct the flow of documents.
- Prepare submissions.
- Liaison with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide logístical arrangements, which include travel and accommodation bookings.
- Undertake basic financial administration including budget monitoring (S&T) and procurement (purchase requisitions and invoices).
- Set up a system to coordinate the flow of correspondence from the office to other ARC campuses and external stakeholders.
- Organize and take minutes at meetings.
- Secretarial/Administration diploma or degree.
- 3 years’ experience as a secretary.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Confidentiality.
- Attention to detail.
