Receptionist / Admin Assistant

Office admin position available (e.g. capturing, customer/supplier follow-up, switchboard, call-screening, filing, vehicle reports etc.) and basic house keeping (keeping offices and reception area clean), handling walk-in customers, etc.
**Pre-Requisites/Requirements**:
- **Valid** South African ID
- Clean Working Habit and Focused
- Pastel Partner Experience
- Proficient Telephone Skills and Communication [Able to screen calls etc.]
- **Certified Matriculation document**
- **Min 2-5 Year** Office Work Experience
- Immediately available[Currently Employed Need Not Apply]
- Contactable details
- Reside in Brackenfell area, if possible.
- Own transport preferable, with **valid** drivers license.
- Fluent in **English** and Afrikaans, with good communication skills [Verbal and Written]
- **Punctual, Trustworthy and Committed work ethic**
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good customer communication skills.
