Responsibilities:
Answer switchboard during office hours, 08:00 - 17:00
Placing orders
Preparing creditor’s payments
Updating creditors list
Managing promoters and promoter’s time schedules
Arrange and oversee all courier parcels
Assisting in phoning clients for orders
Arranging/Printing all packing materials
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, routine documentation and administrative tasks

Required skills:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. computers and printers)
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
Pastel knowledge
Own transport

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brackenfell, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
