This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing appointment bookings, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, service, and parts departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments for vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs
  • Interact with customers via phone, email, or in-person to understand service needs and provide information on service options and pricing
  • Coordinate with the service department to ensure appointments are properly managed and parts are available
  • Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs
  • Confirm appointments and send reminders to reduce no-shows
  • Maintain accurate customer and service records
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and timely follow-ups
  • Assist with administrative tasks and collaborate with the dealership team
Skills & Requirements:
  • Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
  • Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans); a third South African language is an advantage
  • Experience in the motor dealership industry, especially as a Bookings Clerk, is preferred
  • Some mechanical knowledge is an advantage
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Problem-solving and results-driven mindset
  • Self-management and resilience
