- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Excellent knowledge of systems and products
- Must have Road Side assistance experience

- Ability to work shifts (including public holidays, weekends and night shifts)

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Answer courteously inbound calls
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Obtains client information by answering telephone calls and verifying information
- Dispatch team to provide services on time to clients
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the clients
- Attend to Ad Hock requests

**Job Types**: Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: R4 978,82 - R7 000,00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Roadside Assistance: 1 year (required)
- Emergency Call Center: 1 year (preferred)
