Nursery Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute farm plant sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide professional advice and solutions.
- Coordinate and handle customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor actions, adjusting sales strategies promptly to respond to market changes.
- Participate in farm plant display events and sales promotion activities to enhance brand awareness and product exposure.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Agriculture, Botany, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to establish good collaborative relationships with customers from different backgrounds.
- In-depth understanding of farm plants, able to provide professional plant knowledge and advice.
- Strong team spirit, able to coordinate internal resources effectively to accomplish sales tasks.
- Strong market analysis skills and business acumen, able to adapt to market changes flexibly.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, able to manage time and resources effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R10 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month
