Basic Requirements:

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive company secretarial support, including maintaining statutory records, preparing board and committee meeting agendas, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory authorities, ensuring timely and accurate submission of statutory documents.
- Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements, and provide legal advice on corporate governance matters.
- Manage communication with shareholders and investors, facilitating shareholder meetings and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements in business dealings.

**Salary**: R30,000 - R32,000 CTC (Negotiable)
