**Position: Senior Producer**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Liaison**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision and expectations are met with precision.

- **Team Management**: Lead and manage a talented production team to deliver high-quality results.

- **Scheduling**: Create and manage complex production schedules and call sheets.

- **Budgeting**: Develop and manage budgets to keep productions financially on track.
- **Conducting meetings**: Initiate and chair internal production managers, contractor briefings and client status meetings.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all productions meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during production, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- **Strategic Planning**: Contribute to the strategic and creative planning and development of production projects.
- **Innovation**: Implement innovative solutions and approaches to enhance production efficiency and creativity.
- **Reporting**: Daily reporting to the CEO on production progress and financial status of each production.
- **Training and Development**: Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth production operations.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and executing company events and promotional activities.
- **Resource Allocation**: Optimize the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to maximize productivity and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- **Extensive Experience**: Minimum of 10 years in various genres, including Multicam Productions, Events, Corporate, TV Commercials and Reality Shows.
- **Previous Full Time Experience**: Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a full-time capacity.
- **Leadership**: Serve as the 2IC to the CEO/Producer, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills.
- **Communication**: Exceptional conversational skills with a vibrant energy.
- **Memory and Detail Orientation**: A great memory and exceptional attention to detail are crucial.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Good computer literacy.
- **Dedication and Work Ethic**: Extremely dedicated and hardworking, with a relentless drive to create magic and grow within a thriving company.
