Providing back-office administrative sales functions for international company.

Responsible for creating and sending out accurate invoices.

**Key Tasks**
- Generate invoices for ship chandling services.
- Ensure that invoices are accurate.
- Verification of the currency to be used.
- Review purchase orders and delivery receipts
- Application of the tariffs selected.
- Maintain organized record of all invoices.
- Uploading to relevant systems for submission on approval.
- Liaise with Commercial Manager regarding invoice - billing related inquires and

discrepancies.
- Validation of client’s order on receipt.
- Processing of order to invoicing for suppliers & clients alike on ERP.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Knowledge of international trade techniques.
- Language**:Fluent English, French Advantageous.**
- IT competencies**:Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.** **ERP system**.
- Ability to manage and organize large amounts of billing data.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Effective time management skills to meet deadline for invoice preparation.
- Attention to detail
- Problem -Solving, Capacity to identify and address billing discrepancies and issues.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Educational Background/Work experience**
- International trade
- Experience in logistics, Shipchandling, if possible
- Prior experience in invoicing
- Fluent in English and in French
- Matric
- Bookkeeping
