Our established client in the manufacturing sector is seeking to place an experienced SYSPRO user in their financial department to manage their Creditors, Debtors and Cash Book functions.

Woodstock

Permanent Position, R15 000 basic negotiable (dependent on experience) + medical aid

Minimum Requirements:
**Matriculation**2+ years’ SYSPRO practical experience**2+ years’ bookkeeping / accounts clerk experience**- Bookkeeping qualification highly beneficial

All Responsibilities will be completed on SYSPRO:
- Capture, print and code Cashbook- Capture Creditors Invoices- Receipt Stock- Follow up on Debtor payments- Process Credit Notes- Capture Export Orders- Manage weekly reports for management (debtors, creditors and cash book recons)- Prepare weekly payments and banking- Prepare remittance advices / proof of payments- Do backflushing (SYSPRO)- Prepare Creditor payments- Post all inventory journals- Ensure Cashbooks balance to the ledger
