**Responsibilities**:

- Managedaily financial operations, ensuring seamless transactions and maintaining flawless financial records.
- Work your financial magic by accurately processing invoices, expense claims, and purchase orders using Fusion and Sage Evolution.
- Keep a watchful eye on petty cash and perform mystical reconciliations.
- Assist in weaving together our monthly wages processing.
- Collaborate with our spellbinding team to conjure innovative solutions and optimize financial processes.
- Guard our financial data like a sacred treasure, maintaining utmost confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Assist in crafting mesmerizing month-end reports when summoned.
- Fulfill other finance-related quests as commanded by the Head of Finance.
- Undertake mystical administrative tasks as needed.

**Experience**:

- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent magical prowess).
- Proficiency in financial software (Fusion and Sage Evolution) and mastery of spreadsheet sorcery (Excel and Google Sheets).
- Experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the enchanting realms of e-commerce or retail.
