**Job Summary**

The Key Account Manager, an integral part of our Business Development team, will report directly to the Head of Commercial. In this pivotal role, you will nurture and expand relationships with key clients, and actively seek out and develop new client accounts within the renewable energy sector. You will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving revenue growth and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Business Development: Identify, qualify, and capture business opportunities in South Africa

& across Africa, focusing on long-term client relationship building.
- Client Management: Understand and address client needs, offering tailored solutions and support.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with the business development and technical teams to ensure account retention and growth.
- Market Development: Take charge of SME market development in RSA for both existing pipeline clients and new opportunities.
- PPA Development: Lead the development of Power Purchasing Agreements (PPA) in

Africa, and RSA.
- Sales Expansion: Drive the continued sales growth of our Energy and Electrical services, as well as the Solar PV Division.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Education: Matric / Grade 12.
- Preferred Degree: A relevant degree in a field related to renewable energy, business, or a related discipline **.**

Experience: Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, complemented by another 2 years as a Key Account Manager, ideally within the agricultural
& tourism industry. Additional knowledge in the field of agriculture would be beneficial.

Education: A relevant degree or diploma.

Sales Passion: Highly motivated in sales with a goal-focused approach.

Innovation: Creative and proactive in sales strategies.

Technical Knowledge: Renewable Energy

Communication Skills: Good at dealing with others, including government and business contacts. Fluent in English and Afrikaans.

Leadership: Strong leadership abilities.

Travel: Ready and able to travel, must have a driver’s license.
