**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination**: Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely delivery of milestones. Coordinate with team members to allocate resources efficiently.
- **Testing Management**: Oversee the testing process, including test planning, execution, and reporting. Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure comprehensive test coverage and adherence to quality standards.
- **Documentation**: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and test cases. Ensure that all project-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- **Communication**: Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and management. Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables. Work with the project team to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- **Quality Assurance**: Assist in implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes and standards. Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality requirements.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and product management, to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Actively seek opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies. Share lessons learned and best practices with the project team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary
