Motsepe Advertising is seeking a dynamic and creative digital account manager to be the driving force behind our client relationships.
As the main point of contact, you'll work closely with our internal teams to develop and execute advertising campaigns that align with our client's goals and objectives. By understanding our client's target audience and developing strategies to reach them, you'll help us deliver results that exceed expectations. You'll keep an eye on budgets, timelines and campaign performance, making recommendations for improvements along the way. With your industry knowledge and analytical skills, you'll be able to identify new opportunities and present them to clients.
This role requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field and at least three (3) years of experience working with clients professionally in an agency. If you're a master of communication and project management, join our team and help us create advertising magic

**The job duties of an account manager may include**:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, media, and production to develop and execute advertising campaigns that align with clients' goals and objectives
Work with clients to understand their target audience and develop strategies to reach and engage that audience
Monitor and analyse campaign performance and make recommendations for improvements
Manage budgets and timelines for advertising projects and ensure that they stay on track
Attend client meetings and presentations to provide updates on campaign progress and to discuss new opportunities for advertising
Stay informed of industry trends and developments, and share this information with clients and internal teams to help them stay ahead of the curve

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent project management skills
A deep understanding of the advertising industry and its trends
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with clients in a professional setting
A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is typically required.
