Who are we?

Minimum 4 years’ experience in Key Account Management, preferably in Financial Services Industry (insurance industry advantageous), working with various business partners Driverables include, but will not be limited to
Prospecting and exploring high-impact new partners that will benefit from MiWay’s product offering.
Responsible for the identification and management of tasks from initiation to implementation of new partner projects.
Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
Be the main point of contact in all matters relating to partners concerns and needs.
Anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders to build and strengthen partner relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
Maintain partner records, feedback and keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
Monitor sales and work with the partners to develop strategic plans to ensure KPIs are being met.
Develop a thorough understanding of the partner’s business to identify opportunities for growth.
Planning and prioritising work to meet commitments aligned with organisational goals.
Making good and timely decisions that keep the organisation moving forward.
Competencies required
Experience in managing key accounts with a proven track record.
Experience in driving project tasks to implementation.
Proven experience in identifying and implementing new business opportunities.
Ability to multitask and coordinate tasks with various stakeholders within MiWay and from Partners.
Organisational skills and good attention to detail.
