**Key Tasks & Responsibilities include but are not restricted to**:

- To ensure the timeous collection of Cubix group of debtors’ books to optimize cash flow, minimize risk and reduce outstanding debtor’s book to an acceptable level.
- To ensure the company policies and procedures are adhered to in respect of handling debtor accounts.
- To timeously alert the management to potential collection problems

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Engage with Debtors on a professional manner
- Follow-up on Debtors enquiries received, issues and the tracking thereof
- Output statements as part of month-end process
- Debtors’ reconciliations
- Maintaining debtors’ files and supporting documentation
- Ensure debtor collection are in line with the agreed budget process, i.e., timeframes
- Reporting to management on outstanding debtors
- Receipting and allocations
- Ad hoc duties

**KEY COMPETENCIES / SKILLS**
- Knowledge in an accounting package : Pastel Evolution will be a strong advantage
- Strong in collecting outstanding debtors
- Strong understanding of the debtor’s function
- Excellent reconciliation skills for complex accounts
- Must be able to communicate well internally and with customers
- Must be highly organized and able to plan him/herself
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly administrative
- Structured and organized approach
- Self
- reliant, flexible, energetic and confident

**REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE**
- Matric/ Grade 12
- Proven working experience in similar roles.
- 3-5 years’ work experience, including debtors’ administration and reporting.
- Computer literacy with advanced excel skills.
- Good verbal & written English communication and interpersonal skills essential.

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Paarl, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
