- **Learnership Practical’s & Theory Location / site**:
- **Working Hours** - Monday - Friday / 08h30 - 17h30
- **Stipend - **R4000 to R5000 per month
- **Learnership Training - **will be provided
**Requirements**:
- **MUST** have passed Matric/ National Senior Certificate
- **Good Communication skills** - Must be able to speak English / additional Language fluently
- **PC literate**: Basic to intermediate typing skills and data capturing skills
- **Clear** criminal record
- **MUST **have medical proof of disability
- South African Citizen****:
- **MUST **live within Western Cape area
- **Unemployed** and can commit to 12-month learnership programme
**Job duties**:
- Manage calls in a timely manner.
- Conduct general administrative duties
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information
- Research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
- Open customer accounts by recording account information
**Maintain customer records by updating account information.**
