**Assistant Restaurant Manager Needed**

**The Polo Pavilion by Back's** is searching for a dedicated and experienced **Assistant Restaurant Manager** to join our close-knit team. As our Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring every guest experience is exceptional and our team feels valued and supported.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Inspire and Empower**: Motivate and guide your team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- **Operational Champion**: Ensure smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards for service and adhering to all procedures.
- **Guest Advocate**: Be the first point of contact for guest inquiries and concerns, resolving them promptly and professionally.
- **Financial Foresight**: Assist with inventory management, budgeting, and scheduling to maximize efficiency.
- **Nurturing Growth**: Onboard and train new team members, helping them develop their skills and become valuable contributors.
- **Data-Driven Decisions**: Analyze sales data and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement positive changes.
- **Adaptable Leader**: Respond calmly and effectively to unexpected situations, finding solutions with a positive attitude.

**What You Bring**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and exceeding guest expectations.
- Experience with restaurant POS systems and basic financial management.
- Collaborative spirit and a willingness to learn and grow.
