We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team at ISMMART Group of Industries as Director of Administration and Security.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Oversee the management of facilities, including security systems and protocols, to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Manage the budget and finances for the administrative department, including procurement of necessary supplies and equipment.
- Develop and implement employee training programs to ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures.
- Liaise with government agencies, external stakeholders, and other relevant bodies on administrative and security matters.
- Manage and supervise the work of administrative staff, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Manage and oversee the security of the nationwide superstores and outlets.

**Job Specification**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Administration, or other related field
- Experience of 10-12 years in administration and Security (6 years of experience within the relevant Industry)
- Ability to relate well to the public, in person, and on the telephone.
- Diplomatic, tactful, creative, discreet, flexible, resourceful, dependable, well-organized, friendly, emotionally mature and professional.
- Demonstrated focus on ethics, adherence to conflict of interest, risk management, and compliance requirements.
- Able to work effectively balance and prioritize multiple requests.
- Ability to read, interpret and prepare draft response documents such as letters, memos, transmittals in soft and hard form.
- Effective office, time management, and organizational skills.
- Skillful in maintaining confidentiality and secrecy of organizational and personnel data.
- Computer literate. Well-versed with Windows and MS Office suite.
- Strong written and oral communication skills

**Salary**: R35,000.00 - R40,000.00 per month
