**Warwick Wine Estate is looking for a Customer Relations Manager. The role entails working on acquisition and retention marketing campaigns to ensure an increase in sales of the respective product lines and to drive the growth of Club Warwick memberships, to ensure commercial success for the business.**

**The Customer Relations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of both online and offline sales and marketing initiatives. This position plays a critical role in driving revenue for Warwick products by leveraging opportunities to sell via ecommerce, as well as driving customer acquisition through creative marketing.**

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or Communications preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience in Project Management, Marketing and Ecommerce
- Highly organized with the ability to manage numerous projects and to work in a fast-paced environment
- Works well collaboratively and independently
- Establishing and maintaining customer relationships
- Expert at problem solving and coming up with creative solutions
- Strong verbal, written and copy-editing skills
- Must have great attention to detail
- Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work in an evolving environment with enthusiasm
- Passionate about Marketing, Ecommerce, and growing business
- Experience in the Wine industry and Wine business will be beneficial

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop concepts for product offerings
- Collaborate with purchasing, fulfilment, and graphic designers to ensure successful execution of DTC offerings
- Manage inventory to ensure products are always in stock and in the right fulfilment location, as well as assisting with all logistics related offerings
- Foster relationships with marketing partners
- Work closely with the Estate and Events Managers to create high end experiences
