The incumbent will be expected to work hybrid but the first month will be office based until she/he understands how we work
- They are expected to fill in weekly timesheets on our Zoho system.
- They will be working on multiple projects
- Assist in assuring project compliance
- Ensure the latest client project compliance policies, procedure, artifact templates are available to team members
- Assist project manager in all administration functions and processes
- Facilitate development of project plans and manage them from inception to completion
- Monitor all moving parts of the project keeping them synchronized and moving forward
- Prepare, organize, and distribute all necessary project materials
- Organize and implement formulated policies and procedures
- Attend all project meetings and take notes
- Communicate pertinent information between management and staff
- Assist to strategically create project plans, creating a timeline and setting benchmarks

**Project Administrator Requirements and Qualifications**
- Diploma or degree plus relevant certification in Project Management
- 2+ years proven experience as a project administrator or in similar administrative role
- Exhibit good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Zoho Projects experience is a plus
- Must be extremely organized and focussed
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to work closely with Project Manager in motivating and keep staff to their tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary, Graduate
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: R20,000.00 per month
