**Position**

Oversee routine and advanced duties for other professionals. Work closely with Administrators and other employees to organize files, follow up on any admin enquiries, create correspondence and prepare reports or documents. Complete a range of clerical administrative tasks.

**Required: Qualifications**
- Grade 12
- Office administration certificate / Finance certificate

**Required: Experience**
- 1-2 years’ Experience in administration or in a similar position

**Required: Knowledge**
- Knowledge of MS Office Packages (Word, Excel, PPT & Outlook)
- SharePoint.
- Experience in administration & Following up

**Work Environment**
- Mostly office-based activities
- Little physical effort and occasional light physical exertion.
- The constant physical demands of the position are talking and hearing.
- The frequent physical demands of the position are sitting, standing and walking.
- The occasional physical demands of the position are carrying, pushing, pulling, handling, repetitive motions, and eye/hand/foot coordination.

**Job Specification & Key Responsibilities**
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and take detailed minutes
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Completes operational requirements by completing and following up on administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Ordering Office Supplies, Laptops and tools for the Technical Support Department.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain contact lists
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From R6,500.00 per month
