**REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric, three years finance administration experience additional qualifications advantageous
- Own transport preferable
- Numerical Aptitude
- Attention to Detail
- Knowledge and understanding of Pastel process systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, well versed in Afrikaans
- A Team Player with excellent customer service skills

**DUTIES**
- Dealing with clients queries and requirements - accounting related
- Assisting sales staff where needed
- Quotations and invoicing
- Customer account management - Debtors
- Debtors Age Analysis and Statements
- Phoning customers about overdue accounts
- Managing allocations and receipts
- Supplier Age Analysis and preparation of payment schedule
- Assisting with dispatch, stock control, stock forecasting, stock issuing
- Assisting all round with finance and administrative duties
- Any ad-hoc additional general administration duties required within the office

**Salary**: R10 000 R15 000, dependent on experience
