**Minimum qualification/requirements/criteria**:

- Grade 12 plus at least 2 years filing and general administration experience (studying towards an HR qualification may serve as an advantage)
- Excellent typing and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of filing systems (Manual and Electronic)
- Ability to work independently in a pressured environment
- Must be aware of the need for confidentiality in various situations (e.g., safe keeping of staff files)
- Diligence
- Team player and ability to go the extra mile

**Key job functions include**:

- Provide and maintain an efficient filing service to the HR Department
- Prepare and file documents on a daily basis
- **Preparation and inspection of files to comply with file Audits**:

- Provide a general office administration function to the HR office, including photo copying, assistance and processing of finance claims on a monthly basis
- Dispatch departmental documents to HR Central
- Ad hoc administrative duties as directed
- Ensure compliance with OH&S standards and understanding of POPIA
